Privacy policy

1. General

This policy sets out how personal data of visitors to buran.digital (the Site) is processed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. The operator is sole proprietor Grigoriy Sergeevich Kushnir (the Operator).

2. What data we receive

The Site has no contact forms or registration. The Operator receives personal data you provide yourself only if you contact him by email or Telegram: your name, contact details and the content of your message.

The Site uses the Yandex Metrica web analytics service (Yandex LLC) and cookies. Metrica collects anonymised visit data: IP address, device and browser type, referrer, pages viewed, clicks and, through its Webvisor technology, recordings of on-page actions (scrolling, pointer movements and clicks). The data is used only for statistics and to improve the Site.

When pages load, the hosting provider's content delivery network (CDN) processes technical request data — IP address, browser type, time of request — to deliver content and protect against attacks.

3. Purposes

• responding to your enquiry;
• preparing a commercial proposal;
• entering into and performing a contract;
• visit statistics and improving the Site (Yandex Metrica).

4. Legal basis

Your consent, expressed by sending an enquiry to the Operator, and entering into and performing a contract to which you are a party.

5. Cookies

On your first visit the Site shows a notice about cookies. By continuing to use the Site, you agree to data processing by Yandex Metrica. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings or opt out of Metrica with the Yandex opt-out tool. See Yandex's privacy policy for how Yandex processes data.

6. Retention

Data is kept no longer than the purposes require, or until consent is withdrawn, unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Disclosure to third parties

The Operator does not disclose your personal data to third parties other than Yandex LLC as the operator of Yandex Metrica, and except as required by Russian law.

8. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent by writing to grigorii@buran.digital.
